YakMusic, today, celebrates 4 years since the release of a very special album!
During 2005 and 2006, YakMusic gathered a variety of artists from all over the world (USA, UK, Argentina, and Canada) for an exciting project, dedicated to Brad Smith, Rogers Stevens, Christopher Thorn, Glen Graham and the late amazing Shannon Hoon.
Bands submitted versions of their favorite Blind Melon tunes, and YakMusic selected, produced and packaged the songs together to make a touching tribute to a very special band of the 90s. The album was released on 15th December 2006.
To mark the occassion, four years since the albums first release, YakMusic has released another limited reprint for those Melon Fans who missed out nearly half a decade ago.
The first bunch of pre-orders were delivered to eager fans from all corners of the globe this week. We had copies of Twenty Stories Below going to the USA, Canada, France, England, Germany, Austria, Ireland & Australia....and of course, this all been sent from a little country in this part of the world, called New Zealand, home of YakMusic.
